that's inexpensive for me as a 1 time job, no tile replacement, etc etc. Also my garage is 18x12, nowhere near as big as yours.

I had my 20,000 sq ft. warehouse concrete polished when I bought it a few years ago. The cost was $0.30 per sq ft, close to 7k but obviously for a garage the cost wouldn't be that low.
It's really nice and worth it. Stays clean, no maintainence required. One time thing.
