Rear Lower Control Arm (Left / Drivers Side)

Hello,

I am looking to purchase a part that has a faulty bushing in it (2002 3.0i e53). Some people/sites describe it as:
  • Rear Lower Control Arm
  • LEFT SWING PART
I am referring to part #15 in the image below. Essentially it is on the rear suspension and the bushings can not be replaced individually therefore whole unit needs replaced.

I have found that the part number is 33326770743 which MSRP's for $314.00 which I can get . I did find however that someone has a new 33-31-6-770-743 (Notice the 1 instead of the 2 in the sub group location) that I can get relatively inexpensively. The parts look identical. The label has that part number on it with the BMW logo and looks like an OEM part.

My question is, do suppliers sometimes make mistakes or is the part updated? I am basically curious if I can save about $200 with the slightly different part number or not?

Thanks!
