By applying that logic I don't see why you would want more than 2 seats in an M car.
M or not, it's still an X5 and one of the biggest selling points of the E70 X5, over the E53 X5, and Porsche was that you could seat 7 people in it. I don't see why that needed to change, and hopefully it didn't.
Given it's now the most powerful BMW available, ever, I'm sure it will be more than $100,000. Not to mention the Cayenne Turbo S with 550 hp, 0-60 in 4.7 sec and top speed 174 mph (look familiar yet) has an MSRP of $124,800.
