with everything except for smoke LED - i think the white looks good with the regular LED tails.. but your call.. def LED tails are a nice touch as you can see from his avatar. I'd say search forum for the headlights.. probably the most important mod for the e53 but it has to be done tastefully.. you can DIY or you can buy the entire assembly. There are alot of options for halogen to HID conversion with angel eyes. DEPO assembly might be one of the best that sort of looks like 2004+ headlights. Ebay has them for approx $450.
4.6 body kit + flares would be great. You can get the kit from Morristown BMW in jersey or Bloomfield BMW. Bloomfield has an ebay store just send a message to them or email Chuck - TwinsPoppa has his email address. You might want to go through them for everything you're looking for that is OEM.
I don't necessarily agree with "dont buy replica wheels buy OEM" - sometimes you can't find the OEMs you want or don't want to pay the $4000 for them i.e. my ferric gray 215s. But with $20k i'd say go OEM too if you're looking at 87s or 168s. That wide tire look will come from the tire sizes 275 front and 315 rear. If you go 21" you will get 325 rear which is the largest anyone has gone i believe. The silver 215s come in 21" replicas and are great. you can get wheels for $900 and tires for about $2k. Or look here for OEM 168s or 87s from members and get wheels and tires for a god price too. Can't go wrong on any of the 3.

-1 chrome or carbon pillars - don't do it on the white. dont do chrome on any color. but dont do carbon pillars on white either.
