Just saying, there are some deals to be had and buyers have the upper hand right now no matter how cocky some of these salesmen continue to be. Of course every market is different and I think we have a glut of dealers in the DC Metro area.
If mine were CPO, I would've offered closer to $24k then walked away.

not to scare you man, but if the dealer went $11K lower on a $32K car, you better save up. they went down 33% lower than sticker price? something telling me its not right. if they start at $26K and sold it at $21K, thats normal. but somehow they believe the car could sell at $32K and quickly agree with you at $21K thats unheard of.
