Those at the BMW Canada site were shot with a Nikon 18-70mm f3.5 lens. Settings is difficult to answer since (as I was telling motordavid) these are HDR photos (High-Dynamic Range) processed to look like regular photos (smoothening setting se to max).

Because they are HDRs each photo is actually "made from" 5 different photos, each taken at a different setting.

I've found that the silver/grey color cars look fantastic in HDR not so for my dark green Mustang and wouldn't use the technique on a black car (don't like the effect).
