Those Nokians have aggressive looking tread! How's the noise and treadwear?

About the nose bra, we get a lot of melt/freeze cycles here so I avoid using them. Otherwise I'd be removing and installing them a couple times a week to let them dry out. I find the 3M clear bra does a good job of protecting against gravel. It's the windshield that could use extra protection.
