The German company Meyle makes OEM BMW parts and the other day I came across their BMW catalog in pdf format. It's not a replacement for Realoem, but a nice supplemental resource in my opinion that gives you part cross references, photos, BMW part numbers, etc. You can download it here. It's 6.55 MB.
