I filled the form and "sent it", though I could not be certain it went...kind of a glitchy
site. I think we are spitting into the wind. The EPA does what it damn well pleases;
a bunch of unelected bureacrats and office slugs, imo, driven by quasi-science,
political pressure and lobbyists.
