Telephone will automatically appear on the nav screen if the teelphone control unit (TCU) in the trunk has power and is talking on the ibus. You don't have to do anything to the nav to make it appear, it just pops up if it is alive.
So check the power, ground and ibus connections on the TCU.

Using your wiring diagram, check that the voice cables are correctly hooked up to the VM (if old gen) or to the radio module (if new gen). You can test the voice output by changing the nav volume in settings, you should hear "louder" "quieter" etc

If your loom was a non-DSP loom, then your DSP won't work until you change the loom. DSP is cable differently and has 3 x connectors to the amplifier, non-DSP has 2 x connectors. Again, if DSP exists and is alive and taling, it automatically appears on the nav menu.
