Bought my 05 4.8is from the Store. Service there is very good. Ended up buying 09 4.8 from Jake Sweeney. Great deal and they have been very responsive with my problems. They agreed after third time I brought it in. (But the manager mentioned possibility of replacement after second visit) Only had car about 40 days before they offered to replace with identical vehicle. I have been impressed with how the have handled things.
