Just to update this thread, i got all 4 rotors and pads replaced today.
For the rear protection plates it is exactly as you mentioned earlier, so i got those swapped out. They look nice now.
As for the front protection plates, it requires replacing the hub and bearing, i will be ordering those parts and then i can get the front protection plates replaced.
