Buy a pair of sneaks, put them on, go out the door early every morning;
turn left and walk 20-30 mins one day. Next day, turn right. Repeat for
a couple months...the lbs will roll off. I'm a potential 250# guy hiding inside
my 212 lb body.
If it wasn't for walking/daily activities, I would have to quit my daily dark
chocolate Jones, lol!
