The "blue bits" you refer to at the bottom of the bumpers are called under-bumper spoilers as they are separate items.In your case ,for rear bumper you can just buy the 4.6/4.8 under-bumper spoiler(3 pieces) but for the front since you car is a facelifted X5 ,you have to buy the complete bumper as there is no spoiler available separately,as there is for the 4.6is.You could paint the lower part of your front bumper!
