It's all too confusing to me.

Porsche owns a controlling interest in VW. Ferdinand Piech is the chairman of VW, but also owns a stake in Porsche. He is the grandson of Ferdinand Porsche, and cousin to Wolfgang Porsche, chairman of Porsche. Together, they are manuevering for a VW takeover of Porsche???? At least that's what this article says...
