Actually... If you have an 01 e38... You MAY be able to just buy an MKIV DVD drive and plug and play to upgrade to the new Nav... Is your Nav screen widescreen? What's your build date?

This is a better investment IMO -- especially if you own a 2009.1 High DVD already
