I just installed the Dinan CAI. I have not done the software upgrade yet, but am planning on it.

It does get confusing, it seems Dinan would have you get the CAI, Throttle Body and the level 3 software and the exhaust for that matter.

I don't plan on purchasing the throttle body, so what software package is needed? Is it needed, or suggested? I have not called anyone there yet, but have just been reading their website.

My car runs great with just the CAI. Without a question a noticeable difference from stock.

Surprised the dealer won't install it without the software. What level software are they suggesting?
