i have this on my 4.8 now and my 4.8 before this ! this time i did it all at once , cai throttle body , sofware but last time on the 4.6 i did it in stages !

1st i did a cai (afe) not even dinan and it worked great , then i did eng and tranny soft then i did the throttle body

so in answer to your q no you dont need to do it all at once !
