Thanks for your help guys, don't want to go down the dispute road, he did state check before bidding no refunds etc so it is my fault, does'nt help knowing he knew it was no good but sold it anyway(hate liars)

So my options are bin it or sell to Japan, anyone know how to list on UK ebay to sell to the Japanese market?
