If you can reach further in to where the fogs are, the bulb and its housing is there and you twist it off then replace.

Yes, got the clear reflectors and wanted to change them along with the fog lamp bulbs at the same time as it is in the same area. Problem is that my front bumper is 1 single peice and does not seperate like the one in the DIY photo. Anybody out there with an aftermarket 1 peice bumper run into this problem?
