I asked the dealer if they could be installed in the X5 once I purchase it and was told that this is not possible.

Now, I’ve done my research on this forum and have found that many X5 owners have retrofitted their SAVs with both the Nav and DSP. Is the dealer being straight with me or not? I value your opinions!

Thanks.
Definitely not worth it. Expand your search area as those options should be fairly easy to find. Or, wait a little longer until one shows up matching your wants. No reason to rush in this market.
