Not really but I think the probability is high that you'll spend enough time, with losing screws and working with the limited space, that you would have less frustration in the end.

Removing the bumper took me about 30 - 45 minutes the first time. After knowing the tricks (like the tabs on the side) it only takes 15-20 minutes and not even rushing.

Here's a good write-up by EKS PYB on how to change the headlight bulb WITHOUT removing the bumper on facelift models. You need to use some special tools to get access to hard to reach places.
