It has to be culture shock for out of towners to drive here, especially small towns. There are more cars in one of our daily commutes than they see all year.

I hate people that can't merge
And I usually get one 3 times a week in front of me getting on the bridge. I can tell the way they take the ramp they're going to be a problem.
