I didn't recognize the car as a Ferrari... maybe because it was so mangled against the pole.
EDIT: First link and 2nd link are different accidents I guess. It's clearly a Ferrari in the 1st link.

In the second link, why didn't the guy with the video camera try to get the passenger out of the car?!?!?!! there was plenty of time! (granted the car could have exploded potentially, but the passenger was hanging out of the window, how tough would it have been to pull him out!??!!
