No probs...
Go to Blackberry.com and download the desktop manager
here called pocketmac. Once program is installed, connect your BB and open Pocketmac. I haven't set my Mac up with it but it should be the same as below.
Navigate to and click on application loader as shown below (windows version shown)
Your phone will go white, and take anything up to 20 minutes to do so but if you follow the prompts it will simply update all your applications and the operating system from within this program.
If you have any probs with that let me know and I will guide you through a manual upgrade....
