Yes, one of our best friend couples, winter in DB and live here on the Mtn near us,
in the summer. They are ~4 miles from DIS, on the 13th fairway of Pelican Bay CC.
Every hole there is bordered by "canals". Their home is about 20 feet from a canal,
and 15ft "above" it. They called a neighbor who said the "canals" are roaring like
rivers in a Spring run off, and water is very close to the base of their home.

Amazing...we've been there several times and even during hurricanes, the water
has not gotten that high.
When it rains, it sometimes fookin pours.
