I have the 3rd row also and changed to non run flats so what I did was bought a small electrical air compressor and keep it in the rear compartment together with a sealant spray in case I have a flat tire. Hopefully in the event that I loose all the air in the tire.
Even if you change to non run flats you would still have the tire pressure sensor working, so make sure they don´t change it when they change the tires, so in the event of loosing air you should really pay attention and monitor it.
