Here's the funny part: even the CEO seems to have warmed up to the idea of my modding the car. (well, it's not the modding she minds; it's the cost of the modding.
) The other night, we were driving back from the Panthers' game (they were short a couple of cheerleaders, by the way
) and another X5 with angel eyes was behind us. I pointed it out, and said to her, "There -- that's angel eyes. See how cool that looks?" She says, "Oh wow, yeah. You should do the same. Why don't you do it?" My jaw just dropped! I said, "well, there is the 'baking' thing you have to do, and I don't know that I feel comfortable doing that. I think I'd much rather do the aluminum running boards first, anyway." She just said, "Oh, OK." So, I need to do this before she changes her mind... lol
