The ad is calling the lower trim piece, between the front and rear wheels, running boards - which they are not of course.

2) The ONLY pieces which would be different from what you would have now (assuming you DON'T have RBs currently) would be the rear wheel arches that have the flares - assuming that its included in the ad.
