Is it possible to compensate for every tire like that though? What if I truly have a bad tire? 2 things right now... 1) they dinged my rim a bit in the process... even though I have lifetime roadforce from them, I don't know how many times I want them to go through with this. 2) I already spent $130 at this shop... I don't want to spend another $130 at another. I may if they don't have a hunter machine (which I am going to verify - but the hunter site identified them as having it). All I saw on the machine (through a window from a distance) was the word laser and it was black, not red like
this but it did have the same black hood. Are there a lot of other brands that are inferior? I will also make sure they are re-seating the tire instead of just adding weights like a non-road-force shop would.
I have an appt with the dealer next Thursday to try and identify if it could be something else (along with my axle creaking up & down driveways). I guess I'll go after that. I just know they're going to make me balance with them to even look into the problem.
