I think I am having the same problem that you describe. Everything will work well for about 2 hours of driving. Sooner or later air flow will stop, however fan appears to be running. Manual speed up/down causes recognizable fan motor response but no air flow from vents. I thought that cabin temp sensor might be flaking out. Did changing FSR corrent your problem?
