Thanks for all the well wishes, folks.

This first week we put 250 miles on her, and already I had to clean off the brake dust. Yep, the slots in the star wheels are a pain in the @#$. Will have to try wheel wax or something similar.
1. Voice command works great for the bluetooth phone. Cool.
2. My wife has mastered the PDC, and it perfectly places the X3 in the garage.
3. Kids want a dog so we can use the cargo net.
4. The radio reception is superb. I get Charlottesville stations here in Richmond. (Wife's and my UVA 'Hoos lost to the Hokies, big time).
5. Driving it on the twisties is a blast. Heck, just even short trips to pick up groceries at the Food Dog (lion) are a blast. Love the deep exhaust sound.
6. Rain sensing wipers take a bit of getting used to.
It has been a great week.
One question: when does the flapper valve in the muffler close?

It always looks open to me?
