Jack it up -> Take off Wheels -> Screw the nuts from both ends and then just replace it? How much force I should use when put the arm back on?

Pretty much....but I believe there is a special tool required that would make this DIY a lot easier...I used a small hammer to kind of push the arm down at its wishbone in order to get it out...Once you get it out, replacing the part should be easier..
