My Experience with JleviSW
So.. I bought two pairs of H&R spacers and a V2 LED tail light back in Nov 2008 from JleviSW. The l.e.d. light set off an error light (which was fine), but I was a little disappointed when I tried to install my wheel spacers a couple weeks ago. The bolts were the wrong size (thread not wide enough), so I wasted a lot of time for nothing. I'm a doctor doing my residency so I work 100+ hrs a week and only get two weeks off a year, so I really didn't have time to do it earlier.
I have been e-mailing the company multiple times for over a week, and still haven't gotten a response. I think it's also a little strange when I e-mail them from another e-mail account asking a question about a product and get a very quick reply back.
I see on their website that the return policy is 30 days. I am just a little disappointed how they have been ignoring me and are so business-oriented. For example, my friend a while back bought one of their predator ICE angel eyes and always complained about flickering. At least I'll think twice about buying any new products from them, since I'm not sure how well they test it. Too bad I didn't know their customer service was so bad, because I would've bought the same spacers on ebay for cheaper. I know there are many happy customers and they WERE prompt on the shipment, but I'm just not so sure I trust buying from them again.
