Did you refit the Mk3?
Does the speed pulse still work on the Mk3?

Did you check the wiring?
Does p10 have a signal on it?

If the signal is on p10 and the Mk3 is fine then you have a faulty Mk4. Open and look for water damage (common) and repair as required.
