Wondering if anyone has had an issue with no air from the body vents no matter what the air conditioner setting is. It only comes out the upper vents. This is true even on max air and has been off and on since I got the E70 new.

I have lived with it and just had the software program updated and the next day it came back. Of course the pat answer is user error so I took it in right then and they said yes not right and we need to call the factory as we have never seen it before. Wondering if someone had the same problem. I thought I had heard about condensation on a connection causing issues but it must be a rare problem.
