Have had the intermittent fan problem for about a year... about a month ago, the fan would not stop blowing when the car was turned off. Only rememdy was to pull the big 50amp fuse. Ordered a FSR and replaced it. Fan worked fine at all speeds for several weeks until a few days ago... no fan at all again. The fan has made a "chirping" sound from time to time which leads me to believe it's the blower unit. Anyone have any experience replacing the blower unit? Any suggestions?
