In Canada and many countries in Europe private health insurance is the way to beat the lines and long waits for medical care.

The two tier system looks like the plan - it's going to be very expensive for everyone regardless of if you use one tier or both.

The debate on taxes and costs has to start soon - I'm still hopeful that Americans will want to learn more and then realize there is no free lunch with massive gov't spending - it's not just the top % of incomes that will be payng more, much more.
