There are repair kits for the pano sunroofs at the dealers now, and it should be covered by CPO. If you search through the previous threads on stuck sunroofs you will see how people had to use a screwdriver and a hammer to close the rear panel when it got stuck open. And when I have a panoramic sunroof with broken parts I can sometimes get authorization to replace the whole thing depending on what is broken. (included in repair kit or not)
Just keep in mind the dealer has to get Teileclearing authorization to replace the whole thing, so expect a repair to it first.
