I think it would be nearly impossible as there were many impressive and clever schemes, themes, and X5 personalities. Some mods looked great on some X5's that wouldn't necessarily work on others...Some will have their favorites based on their taste and personal preferences.
There was one sleeper there, however, that hasn't been mentioned much. Janix's (JMH) X5 has been an inspiration to me since i bought my first 4.6is. He even has a site for it:
