You're assuming that the pairing button works via the ibus.
It doesn't - it is a button directly wired to the ULF
You cannot assume that the buttons function can be emulated by the diagnostics.

NavCoder already codes all the available options (and more!) in the TV module.

Nothing, as far as I know (speaking from experience and from coding memory analysis)

Correct. But that's the ULF, not the TV module.
