I really dont see the need of mentioning that here. hooligans are of any race, age, sex, legal status. i used to live in L.A, it is the thing they do thing there. the riot was going to happen no matter what. of course they are p.o.s but to exclusively blame on the group of certain race/sex/age is not right. hey, they shoot each others accross gas stations on the intersection on Crenshaw like almost every week.
