I think I might have the same problem. I posted my story above, but one thing I didn't mention was that I just got my car back from the dealership where it was for two weeks, and I am pretty sure the battery ran down while it was there.

I am waiting for a part for my car and once it arrives I will be going back to have it installed and my BT issue addressed. In the meantime, I am back to manual phone use.

I will post what I find out from my dealership. Please do the same if you find an answer.
