Thanks for your reply. I am going to call the dealership in Chicago where I bought the car three weeks ago, tomorrow (Monday) and will let you know what they say. I am sure it is something simple (hopefully), and just needs a re-boot, or something along those lines. At any rate, I'll be back to you.
