All you should need to do is bring it in to your service adviser at the dealer and show them how the carpet is wet. They should have absolutely no problem fixing it for you, especially since you bought the vehicle only a couple days ago. Hopefully they can afford you a loaner as they may have to remove the carpets for drying. (down here in hurricane alley I get my share of flood cars and wet carpets)

If you point out to the adviser that corner of the sunroof that isn't draining properly then point out the rear carpets wet it should get the point out that there may be more than one leak so they should thoroughly water test the complete vehicle before calling it done as well.
