Go to the Navteq update site at
http://update.navteq.com/df_form.asp...&Submit=Submit and submit the problem you encountered. They are very good about responding to these issues, and changes are generally reflected in the next disk release (timing can be an issue, depending on how close you are to the next release, so it could take 2 releases for changes to be reflected).
