What's your name and the year is your X5? I spoke w/ a guy named Thomas, and he says that since my X5 is on 01 w/ 77k miles, that they're once again only going to offer me 75%. I can fix it myself and/or buy an M5/4.6/4.8 used cluster for less that 25% of their cluster plus labor charges, then just install it myself and have it coded. I'm on hold right now trying to get in touch w/ Melissa directly because i'm sick of reading about all these various people getting 100%, especially after being on our 5th BMW in our family.
