I was also told when I bought my X5 that BMW would not CPO a car that has had any accident at all. They had an X5 that I liked more than the one I got less miles and had the DVD system in the back same year...but mine was more and they could not offer the .9% on the other car because they could not CPO it. I asked why and it had been involved in a minor accident. I think about 2k. Made me feel a
little better about buying a CPO.
