from a stop.. drag race start, or from light to light.. my 335i with over 440+ ft/lb of torque with JB3, race gas, intercooler, pipes, race cat run 3.3 sec 0-60 and will walk away from an M5 in a drag race up to about 100mph. HP takes over at that point.

0-100 or 0-150 is a much better metric of a cars true performance.

We are not on the same page here. What is your definition of off the line? I was assuming you meant accelerating to speed at a typical 0-60. What are you defining it as? 0-100? 0-120? Rolling start?
