So how fast before states start having to subsidize the poor for their utility costs now because of the near 800/yr raise to utility bills? I know in MD, BGE constantly gets in state battles because MD wants the rates to be the same that they were a decade ago, yet the populous complains every day they go 5 minutes without power. Kinda like Cali not wanting to increase taxes or limit capabilities and wondering why they owe 21B in debt.
